Here are a selection of the more 'child friendly' ones, we have a chocolate pumpkin cupcake, strawberry zombie kittly cupcake and a Choc-chip skull cupcake with peanut icing. All went down fabulously, along with some spooky spiders, toxic bombs and lots of Rocky Horror (my twist on the usual Rocky Road treat along with biscuits and, of course, magic mushrooms.
Anyway, back to halloween creations. I have allsorts to get ready (some designs for halloween will also coincide with the Annual Festival of Zombie Culture over in Leicester which I'll be attending. My husband, Adam, a horror author will be doing a book signing at the event and I will of course be playing my part and supplying the infected with tasty morsels, brains, body parts; you know the type of thing...hmmm must figure my outfit for that. Anyway, I digress, Halloween is vast approaching. Is anyone doing anything nice? Fancy dress? Our local church is holding a community event called 'Light up the Night' parade, where everyone dresses up and walks the street together. I can't wait, Halloween/Samhain/All Souls whatever you celebrate, it's my favourite time of year and the wonderful people of Jokers' Masquerade have sent me the most perfect witch costume to wear.
Bring on the fancy dress party, I'll feel like the belle of the ball.
Speak to you again soon. x
