My baking philosophy...
The era of good old fashioned home baking should never die out in my opinion. Mass factory-produced food and packet mix just does not sit well with me; I much prefer the age old influence of how 'grandma used to make it', which is exactly what I do... with a modern twist.
My speciality is the novelty cake, not only making any celebration fun, they can also make the most fantastic and memorable bespoke wedding or Grooms' cakes, unique and forever talked about.
There is something for everyone. The only limit is your imagination.
Please take a look inside. I shall warn you, though, some of the photos are at best, dim, as they were simply taken on camera phones before the cake vanished out of the door, or down a gullet. But you can still see the magic.
